James L. German graduated from Farmingdale State College in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Architectural Engineering Technology. James had worked as a drafter for 3 years in a drafting company prior to working at his former employer, Gary J. Bruno, Architect P.C., where he had been a Project Manager for approximately 13 years. James had successfully passed his Architectural Licensing exams and had received his Architectural License in April of 2016.
James, a member of the American Institute of Architects, is also an active member within the Architectural community as he volunteers his time to review student projects at local colleges of Architecture and Engineering, such as his alma mater Farmingdale State College of New York. He also attends continuing education courses to stay apprised of the trending advancements within the Architectural and Engineering field. This is something German & Clemens Architecture, PC feels is necessary, as the industry is constantly evolving. Architectural design trends, energy efficient architecture, and code updates are areas which continue to make advancements every day.
It is our goal to stay up to date with these demands and maintain a leadership position when it comes to our knowledge of the subject matter. We plan to expand our efforts and knowledge so that we can continue to create and offer innovative design techniques as necessary to our clients and projects; ones which will meet the varying requirements of the environmentally sustainable world which we find ourselves practicing in today.
